What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have had an “A” rating from Angie customers for over decade which means our pricing is typically in the mid-range when compared to other contractors however, the products we installed are superior to others in that all of them are manufactured in the USA, are considered a “Best Buy” by a leading consumer testing magazine while our exclusive Gutter Topper products are the ONLY systems to pass their tests and be rated #1.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To ensure customer satisfaction we always meet with “all” decision-makers to discuss in detail their goals, provide them copies of our license & insurance, references, installation methods and our communication process’s.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

“All” of our installers including management are trained and certified by all of the manufacturers of the material we use on homeowners homes. This enable us to provide our customers with Lifetime Warrant’s.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Scott's father started a home improvement business 50+ years ago and of 20+ years we have continued on with superior service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do not strive for speed but more importantly accuracy and follow manufacturers requirements, the local building codes and customer satisfaction and treat each project no matter how small or large so, there is really no special project as we treat them all as special.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are established, licensed and “fully” insured. With the exception of Dennison Roofing & Gutter Toppers we require all of our installation crews to carry their own insurance while sadly “all” of our competitors do not require the installers they use to have insurance. We pay our installers by check or ACH while our competitors pay their installers by cash which is not legal. Be Aware!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Research their projects on the internet - don’t pay any attention to pricing as it is almost always way off. Also, investigate the contractors before they request an estimate. Don’t be lazy.
